How to:

Edit Art and Crafts registration after submission

Edit for other events

1. Registration for Art and Crafts

1.1 Log in with School ID/Password.

1.2 Select and click on ' Art and Crafts' to register.

1.3 Read through Terms & Conditions.

1.4 Click on 'Accept' to proceed.

1.5 Fill in Registration form and click on 'Submit'

1.6 You have successfully registered for Art and Crafts

2.Registration for Concert Band, Chinese Orchestra and Instrumental Ensembles

2.1 Log in with School ID/Password

2.2 Select the category you would like to register for.

2.3 Read through the Terms & Conditions

2.4 Click on 'Accept' to proceed

2.5 For more information just click on the event

Concert Band Chinese Orchestra Instrumental Ensembles

2.5.1 FIll in Performance/Artwork information & Details of Personnel-in-Charge

2.5.2 Click on 'Browse' to select updated Excel spreadsheet for uploading.

2.6 Download spreadsheet (bottom left of page) for registration.

2.7 Save Excel file on your computer.

2.8 Retrieve file to update all fields (to use drop down list for 'Gender' & 'Race')

2.8.2 Save the spreadsheet after you have completed it.

2.8.3 Click 'ok' to upload updated Excel spreadsheet

2.8.4 Click on 'Load Participants' to proceed

2.8.5 Click on 'Submit'.

2.8.6 You have successfully registered for the category.

Registration for other categories

3.1 Log in with School ID/Password

3.2 Select the category you would like to register for.

3.3 Read through the Terms & Conditions

3.4 Click on 'Accept' to proceed

3.4.1: Fill in Performance/Artwork information &
Details of Personnel-in-Charge.

3.4.2: Click on 'Browse' to select updated
Excel spreadsheet for uploading.

3.5 Download spreadsheet (bottom left of page) for registration.

3.6 Save Excel file on your computer.

3.7 Retrieve file to update all fields (to use drop down list for 'Gender' & 'Race')

3.8.1 Save the spreadsheet after you have completed it.

3.8.2: Click 'ok' to upload updated Excel spreadsheet

3.8.3: Click on 'Load Participants' to proceed.

3.8.4: Click on 'Submit'.

3.8.5: You have successfully registered for the category.

4.Editing information for Art And Crafts
after submitting

4.1: Log in with School ID/Password

4.2: In 'Registration History', select the category to edit

4.3: Click on the Edit link

4.4: You may edit Performance/Artwork information, Details of
Personnel-In-Charge and Participanting Student.

4.5: Click on 'Update' when changes are made.

5.Editing information for all other categories
after submission

5.1: Log in with School ID/Password

5.2: In 'Registration History', select the category to edit

5.3: Click on the Edit link

5.4: You may edit Performance/Artwork information,
Details of Personnel-In-Charge.

5.5: Click on the 'Update' when changes are made.

5.6: To edit participants' details, update existing Excel spreadsheet on your computer.
