I can't upload the participants' spreadsheet
The system's auto-calculation of the number of members is more than what I have entered. Ensure that there are no blank rows in-between each name.
How can I check if my registration was successful? You can log in to see if your registration is captured under the 'Registration History' panel.
May I make amendments after I have registered? Yes, if the registration is still on. For more information, refer to the User Guide.
How can i delete a registration?
Only the administrator is able to delete your submitted registration. To delete a registration, please contact us.
How can I edit my school details?
After logging in, click on 'Edit' below the school details.
I am unable to find the participants' spreadsheet for 'Art and Crafts' for downloading.
For Art and Craft event there will not be any spreadsheet provided. All participants' details to be filled in on the main registration page.
May I check my participants' spreadsheet even after I have submitted my registration? You can do so by clicking on 'Load Participants'. For more information, refer to the User Guide.
Some particular event are missing from 'Events Registration Forms' page. It is missing either because the registration is closed, or your school is not eligible for that particular event
Why is my synopsis (for Drama) lost after I have submitted my registration? Please summarise your synopsis as the synopsis entry only allows an entry of maximum 200 characters.
What is the registration deadline? The registration deadline for all events (except for Art and Crafts and Drama) are on 5 Feb 2010. Deadlines for Art and Crafts and Drama will be released later.
Where can I find the results of completed events? Please refer to the 'Results' page.
